    Jeffrey J. Zellers

Jeff is the author of several articles on tax and business law and has lectured professionals and the public on legal issues.

Jeff’s practice focuses on representing businesses and business owners throughout their lives and the life cycle of their business. He advises clients in the formation of various business entities, including limited liability companies and in the purchase and sale of businesses and the myriad of operational matters that confront businesses such as employment contracts, executive compensation, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, leases and contracts for services.

Jeff has worked with business owners to create stock incentive plans, address asset protection and to plan for ownership succession using a buy-sell agreement, ESOP, stock redemption agreement or other vehicle. Using his LLM degree in taxation and experience in tax law, Jeff advises clients on tax planning and works with the client’s tax professional to create optimal tax strategies consistent with the client’s goals. Jeff also frequently provides estate planning advice to business owners.
