The Mediation & Arbitration group is certified to mediate cases for Rule 170 New Hampshire Superior Court mediations, as well as those before the Federal Court for the District of New Hampshire. Our attorneys also act as mediators and arbitrators in state and federal court. Our mediation expertise is in employment, civil rights, probate, marital, and catostrophic injury cases.

Garry Lane mediates and arbitrates cases for the Bar Association, for the Superior Courts and is available for private mediations and arbitrations. Garry is also trained as a marital mediator.

Tom Masland is a trained mediator with experience in probate, land conservation, and real estate law.

Frank Kenison has extensive experience in litigating probate disputes, both privately and through court-developed mediation programs.
