Born in Silver Spring, Maryland on December 7, 1972, Molly grew up in Gilford, New Hampshire.

Molly received her B.A. in Art and Art History from Colgate University in 1994 and her law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 2000.  Before attending law school, she worked in public relations for a Boston financial services firm.

While in law school, Molly was active in moot court and trial competitions, placing first for the Eastern Region and second nationally in the 1999 Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition.  Molly also worked as a summer intern for Magistrate Judge James R. Muirhead at the Federal District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

Molly currently lives in Concord with her husband Rick, where they are slowly renovating an old house.  Molly enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time on Lake Winnipesaukee with Rick and their black Lab.
