Jeffrey is the author of several articles on tax and business law and has lectured professionals and the public on legal issues.

Born and raised in Concord, New Hampshire where he attended St. Paul's School, Jeff went to college (Oberlin) in the Midwest and practiced law in Boston before returning to Concord to raise his family.  Jeff has two boys.  Niels, who graduated from Lewis & Clark College,and is now working in Portland, Oregon and Andrew who is a Junior at the University of California at Santa Cruz.  And then there is Duke (the dog).  Jeff and his family also like to sail, ski, hike and camp.  Jeff enjoys the arts, theatre and good humor. "There's no such thing as a bad pun."  Jeff is a strong believer in community and family and serves on the Board of Concord Hospital, as vice chairman.  Jeff is also a member of the Board of Incorporators of Merrimack County Savings Bank and a Trustee of the Merrimack County Savings Bank Foundation.  He finds charitable work in the community and time spent with his family, the most rewarding aspects of life.
