Mike is one of the founders of the Concord Community Music School

Mike is of counsel to the firm.  Born in New Rochelle, New York on June 28, 1946, Mike now lives in Concord, New Hampshire with his wife, Betty, who is a school psychologist in the Concord School District.   Their daughter Rosie graduated from Bates College in 1999 and their son Will is a student in the G.R.O.W. Program of Riverview School in Sandwich, Massachusetts.  Their son Dan is a junior at Concord High School.  Mike was a founder of the Concord Community Music School and served for many years on the School's Board of Trustees.  Mike also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Downtown Concord Redevelopment Corporation.   His other interests include golf, backpacking, Concord High and Dartmouth football, opera, and baseball.

Education: Dartmouth College (A.B., 1968); Stetson University (J.D., 1975); George Washington University (L.L.M. in Taxation, 1981). Phi Alpha Delta. Editor-in-chief, Stetson Law Review, 1974-75.
