 Stephen A. Duggan E-mail: sduggan@ranspell.com Born on November 25, 1966, in Braintree Massachusetts, Steve now lives in Concord, New Hampshire with his wife Rose Marie Joly and son Eli. Rose is also a practicing attorney with a Concord firm. Before moving to New Hampshire, Steve worked as the Chief Investigator for the Massachusetts Public Defender’s office in Cambridge, Massachusetts. After law school, Steve served as a law clerk to the New Hampshire Superior Court for two years assisting the Justices in researching and writing judicial opinions. Steve then practiced with a respected Manchester, New Hampshire defense firm for 2 ½ years before joining Ransmeier and Spellman. Steve is involved with the New Hampshire Make-a-Wish Foundation, plays the guitar and enjoys skiing, running, antiquing, and traveling.
