Tim practices commercial, conservation, and residential real estate law.

Born on July 24, 1958 and raised in Milton, Massachusetts, Tim attended the University of Maine at Orono where he graduated with a degree in Forest Management, and a minor in Wildlife Management and Botany. While at UMO he was a member of the Theta Chi fraternity, serving as President for two years. Following college, Tim graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts where he was a Lead Article Editor for the Suffolk University Transnational Law Journal.  Tim concentrates his practice in Real Estate Law (Commercial, Conservation and Residential); Banking Law; Business Law; and Municipal Law.

Tim resides in Contoocook Village of the Town of Hopkinton with his wife and four children and is an accomplished woodworker and cabinet maker, having remodeled the entire interior of his house. Active with his local United Methodist Church in Contoocook, Tim has served as Chairperson of the Administrative Council and is presently Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. Tim is also active in the affairs of the Town of Hopkinton and is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Hopkinton Planning Board and is a member of the Hopkinton Lions Club. Tim is Assistant Scoutmaster for Troup 77 of the Boy Scouts of America. Tim is past Chairperson of the Steering Committee for Leadership Greater Concord, a Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce program designed to promote the development of leaders for the Concord Region.

Tim enjoys various fitness and outdoor recreational activities such as weight lifting, biking, camping, canoeing, hiking and gardening.
